Description:
This is a four week course designed to prepare participants to become English Language Teachers. We run courses throughout the year in London, Barcelona, Cadiz and Prague. The course is highly practical and includes supervised teaching practice and feedback with 'real' students from the second day of the course. Input sessions and workshops center on such areas as language awareness, lesson planning materials and methodology. Trainees attend four lessons in an unknown language to directly experience modern techniques and approaches to language teaching. Three written projects are also included and these are assessed along with teaching practice.
The Trinity College Cert. TESOL is one of only two qualifications recognized by the British Council. This means it has maximum acceptance worldwide. Trinity monitors the quality of course provision for all its course providers.
