Mission:Teach exists to connect qualified Christian educators with over 750 teaching positions each year in traditional and non-traditional international school settings. All schools hire independently of Mission:Teach. Specific requirements and salary arrangements vary from school to school.

Each school has its own requirements. The minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree. Most schools prefer, if not require, that teaching staff possess credentials and experience.
